Andrea graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and got her start in the real estate industry as the administrator for an office with over 50 agents. In coordinating her office, she learned to communicate with and manage staff and clients in a way that ensured client satisfaction and allowed the sales team to expand. She is excited to enter the lighting industry, where she can continue to use these skills in a new environment.
