Kaitlyn graduated from Penn State, majoring in Communications with a minor in International Studies. Her background in the lighting industry began over ten years ago in Manufacturing where she tackled many roles including Sales Support, Lighting Applications and New Product Management, working cross-departmentally and wearing many different hats along the way.

As much as I enjoy my downtime, I also love sharing fun and positive experiences with the people in my life, whatever that may entail. Life is too short not to.

I would love to say I trained for and completed a triathlon!

To speak and understand every language; I love people and other cultures and would love to be able to communicate with anyone.

The octopus. They’re independent, intelligent, and resilient.
FAVORITE FOOD YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT?
Italian; I never get sick of it and my holidays wouldn’t be the same without it.
